Wednesday 30th December 2009

Nearly the end of the year, and I'm nearly 6 months old already. Hasn't the time flown? Before I know it mummy will be back to work and I'll be going to nursery with Harriet. I'm going to start doing practice sessions in April to prepare me for going full time in June. Anyway Christmas was great fun. I wasn't really sure what was going on, but mainly it involved Harriet opening presents as far as I can gather. On Christmas Eve I was finally feeling a lot better, so we all went off to the Crib Service at the church, and saw a real donkey and a real lamb. I was very well behaved at the service, and didn't really cry at all apart from at the end when I was a bit tired. I think granny and grandpa were impressed. Harriet and I put out a mince pie, sherry and carrots for Father Christmas and the reindeer before we went to bed, and in the morning we discovered they had gone! I was so excited about Christmas that I woke mummy up earlier than usual, but she said it was a good job really, as it gave her enough time to sort the turkey out! An extra surprise was that granny and grandpa were still here in Christmas Day when I got up - and they stayed until Boxing day when we went over to see Auntie Emma, Uncle Philip and our cousins. Granny Judy and Great Anutie Callie came to visit on Sunday, but I didn't see much of them as I spent most of the day up at the hopsital with mummy and daddy. Mummy fell down the stairs and hurt her foot, so we had to go and get it X-rayed. I went along for moral support, and milk! Luckily mummy's foot is in 1 piece, but it is lots of funny colours and very swollen, so mummy is a bit miserable. She and daddy were even more miserable when I got them up twice in the night after her accident screaming and yelling. It's my teeth you see, they were making me feel very upset. Needless to say mummy and daddy were not in the best of moods with me on Monday! Today we're off to Liverpool to see Cousin Cath for New Year. I'm excited about my first New Year's eve, although I suspect I'll sleep right through it. I need my sleep, as I'm getting very active, I'm on the cusp of rolling over. I keep getting myself into funny positions in my cot and on my play mat, by swivelling myself round, so rolling over is my next challenge. I'm also broadening my diet - I've had lots of different things now - today I had broccoli, pea and sweet potato for my lunch - yum! Anyway - Happy New Year to all my followers and see you in 2010!

Sunday 20th December 2009

Only 5 days to go until my first Christmas. How exciting. The tree is up, there are lots of presents under it from friends and family, and now we just have to see what Father Christmas is going to bring. I need to make sure I rest a lot over the coming days. I've been very poorly since Thursday, so I need to make a full recovery by the time Christmas comes. I was okay on Wednesday, mummy even tried to take me swimming, but we drove all the way up to Oxford only to find out that our lesson had been cancelled again - the pool as still too cold. But then on Thursday I woke up feeling really rotten. I was crying a lot becuase my throat hurt so much, and I was finding it difficult to feed because my nose was all blocked. Harriet went off to stay at Granny Judy's house on Friday for the weekend, but I stayed in the warm with mummy and daddy all weekend. That meant that they didn't get to go and have Christmas dinner in Guildford with their friends, because of me being so ill. Anyway, I saw the doctor on Friday, and she said I was okay, so I've just been having lots of calpol, which is making me feel better. It's been hard to eat my puree though, as it hurts my throat to swallow, but I ate a bit of sweet potato and swede for my tea, so I think I'm on the mend. I'm looking forward to Christmas eve, as I'm going to go to church for the first time to the Crib Service, how exciting, then it will be home to put out the mince pie, sherry and carrot for Father Christmas and the reindeer!

Wednesday 9th December 2009

I had a lovely weekend meeting new friends and catching up with old ones! I saw my friends Emilia and Sebastian on Friday. It was lovely to see them. We've all grown a lot since we left the hospital. Then this weekend I met Amy, who is the daughter of one of my 'godmothers to be' Kate. Amy came to stay with her parents, and we went to see Father Christmas in his grotto. It was all very exciting (at least Harriet tells me it was exciting, as I slept through the whole thing in my sling!). Then on Monday mummy and I went to visit Aunty Emma and my cousins to deliver Christmas presents. It was lovely to see them all again. Mummy and I are getting rather frustrated, as swimming was cancelled again today, due to the pool still being broken, but at least it meant I had more time to digest my lunch - that's right I had some lunch! Not just milk from mummy, but real food - well, baby rice actually mixed with mummy's milk. I started having a little bit of rice after my mid morning milk, and it gave me a bit of a shock I can tell you. I really had no idea what mummy was trying to do to me, putting a funny plastic spoon in my mouth. But today I was a bit more prepared, and it wasn't as bad as yesterday! It's very exciting at home preparing for Christmas. The Christmas tree is up, and Harriet's stocking is hanging on the fireplace. Mummy says I'm not old enough to have a stocking this year, but that I can have one next year, but I'm sure Harriet will let me help her open her stocking! I haven't been weighed yet this week, but I'm still growing well, and with all this baby rice I'll get even more podgey. I started wearing my 3-6 month clothes today finally, so I'm really becoming a big girl. My boyfriend Bobby's grandpa is in hospital at the moment. He's just had his kidney taken out. GET WELL SOON BOBBY's GRANDPA, hope you can come home soon.

Wednesday 2nd December 2009

A new month and a new weight. I'm now a whopping 12lb 11oz, and tracking nicely between the 9th and 25th centile on the growth chart. My weight gain is slowing down a bit now, which it's supposed to apparently. Mummy says once we start on solid food I'll start piling on the pounds. That's not far off, we're going to start trying some real food next week when I'll be 5 months old. How exciting - I'll get to try all sorts of different fruit and vegetables, which is all pureed up and waiting in the freezer for me! Granny and Grandpa came to visit on Tuesday to see me and Harriet. We all had a lovely time together with our friends Isobel and Bobby too. I was supposed to have my first swimming lesson today, but the pool was too cold, so the lesson had to be cancelled. Oh well, I'll just have to wait until next week. Mummy and I are starting Buggyfit tomorrow, so I am really looking forward to that, and we did our lovely 'Kindermusik' group on Monday where we did lots of singing and dancing together - I really love it. I am off to see 2 friends on Friday Sebastian and Emilia. Sebastian was born 2 days before me and was with me in Special Care, as he was very little, only 2lb 12oz, and Emilia was born 2 days after me. She was 5lb, so a bit bigger. We are all going to meet up for lunch on Friday, so that will be great fun. I'm getting very good at grabbing things. I grabbed my monkey on my playmat last week and since then I've been really rtrying to grab everything, especially mummy's hair - I think she likes it when I grab her hair, as she makes a very funny face!

Sunday 29th November 2009

We got back from our happy holidays tonight to find that the boiler wasn't working. Oops. So we are all wrapped up toasty warm to go to bed until mummy gets it fixed tomorrow. Needless to say mummy and daddy were a bit stressed when we got home, and it means we might miss music class tomorrow whilst we're trying to get it fixed. Anyway we had a very lovely time on holiday. First of all we went to stay with Great Auntie Rosie and Great Uncle Ron. We had a great time. I got to sleep in a great big cot, and Harriet slept in a special bed, which belongs to my cousin Hope. We also visited Great Gran and met 2 other great aunties - Another Aunty Rosie and Aunty Liz. It was super to meet more of my family, and I charmed them all. They were very impressed with how big I had grown, after being such a tiddler when I was born. After lunch at the golf club last Sunday we headed down to our holiday house in Richmond in North Yorkshire. We had a very nice week just the 4 of us, although I had to go to the doctors on Thursday, as my cough had been getting worse and mummy and daddy were a bit worried. The doctor gave me some antibiotics just in case I was starting a chest infection. I feel a lot better now, although I do feel guilty for having to drag mummy to the doctors whilst we were on holiday! The antibiotics are a funny yellow liquid which mummy gives me through a syringe. It tastes quite nice actually! I wasn't weighed last week, but mummy thinks I won't have put on much weight, as I wasn't feeding very well due to my blocked nose, and a stomach full of snot - charming!

Wednesday 18th November 2009

I am officially a big porkie pig apparently. I went with mummy and Harriet to the doctor's yesterday, and they weighed me. I was a whole 12lb 4oz, so I'm nearly a teenager, and I'm off the 9th centile line and heading towards the 25th centile. I'm being a good girl and drinking my milk well, even though I've had a cold, so I can't suck very well with my nose being all blocked up. I didn't drink my milk very well on Saturday night when mummy was away though. Daddy and Granny Judy tried to give me milk from a bottle, and I didn't like it one bit. I got very cross and daddy eventually had to syringe milk down my throat. I was so exhausted from my protestations that I fell asleep and didn't wake up until mummy came home at 2am, and got me up to give me some milk. I was very pleased to see her, and drank a lot I can tell you. I've started getting very vociferous. I'm gurgling and chatting a lot to mummy, daddy and Harriet and anyone else who will listen. I get very excited when mummy and daddy make noises back at me. I've also started thinking about grabbing and sucking things. I love sucking my fingers, and also grabbing my muslin or blanket and putting them in my mouth - it's a great way to discover new textures. We're off on holiday on Friday and I'm going to get to meet one of my Great Grannys up in Durham. I'm very excited. I'm going to wear a special new dress for the occasion. I'm nearly out of my 0-3 month clothes now because I'm getting so big, so mummy is going to have to buy me some more. Harriet borrowed clothes from her friend Poppy when she was my age, so she hasn't got many 'hand me downs' for me. I'm not complaining, I love having new clothes. I suspect I'll have my fair share of second hand ones as I get older, so I'd better make the most of it!

Thursday 12th November 2009

I'm getting ready for my first Christmas. Only a few weeks away, so I've been wearing my red tracksuit to look festive and help mummy wrap presents. Well, actually I've been sitting in my swing chair watching mummy wrap presents, but I like to think I give her moral support. I'm very excited to see our Christmas tree in a few weeks. granny Judy has sent me my very own special 'first Christmas' bauble to hang on it. I've visited both my granny's houses for the first time this week. On Saturday I went to stay at Granny Judy's house with Harriet while Mummy and daddy saw Grandpa in his show. Mummy told me he was brilliant, and really stole the show. I was not too naughty for granny Judy, although I cried a bit and wouldn't have any milk from my bottle. I also woke mummy up for milk at 5am, so she wasn't very impressed with me. Today I was at granny and grandpa Meikle's house. Grandpa was away playing golf in Portugal, so mummy and I went up to keep granny company. We had a lovely time playing and cuddling together, and I met mummy's friend Phyllis who also gave me lovely cuddles, and was very impressed by how much I sleep! Harriet and I saw fireworks on Friday. Or rather Harriet went to see th fireworks close up with Daddy, and I watched them out of the window with mummy. Harriet had great fun rolling in the mud with her friend Nia. I think I might be big enough to see them next year. I'm back in the creche tomorrow whilst mummy and Harriet go swimming. I was there on Tuesday for a date with my boyfriend Bobby, but he's stood me up tomorrow to have his photo taken with his sister. Never mind, I'll see him next week, and then I'm off on holiday to North Yorkshire and to see the family up north - I can't wait. Oh, by the way, mummy weighed me a week ago and I was 11lb 9oz. I reckon I'm through the 12lb barrier by now, but we'll have to wait until next week to find out.

Monday 2nd November 2009

I'm nearly 4 months old, and I now weigh in at a massive 11lb 2oz. I had my 3rd set of immunizations on Friday. 3 horrid injections into my leg. I screamed blue murder, as it really hurt. And the fact that it was 3 injections and not just 2 like the last times just rubbed salt into the wound (not literally though!). Luckily I didn't feel poorly like I did last time, and I was right as rain after a bit of calpol washed down with some milk. Harriet and I enjoyed dressing up at nurses so much that we decided to dress up as fairies as well. Look at us! I think I will be a better fairy when I've got more hair. I don't think many fairies are bald, except really old ones. I'm laughing and giggling a lot now and taking everything in. I'm really loving my playmat now, except I had to do without it for a few hours yesterday, as Harriet had a bit of a potty training accident on it, and it had to be removed for major cleaning by daddy. Yuck, I hope that doesn't happen again. Harriet started potty training on Saturday and is doing really well, but we did all get a bit bored stuck at home all weekend with poor Harriet being put on the potty every 15 minutes! I was very good and behaved immaculately, so that mummy and daddy could concentrate on Harriet. I went for all my sleeps when I should, and in between my feeds I lay on my beanbag and in my chair and just chilled out. Daddy was very impressed with me and gave me lots of lovely cuddles. today Harriet was back at nursery, so I had mummy all to myself. She gave me a lovely massage, and we went into Wantage to go to the shops. I had to have some calpol at lunchtime though, as I have a cold and I wasn't feeling very well. Mummy wrapped me in a warm blanket and gave me lovely cuddles though, so I eventually stopped crying and fell asleep. I felt a lot better when I woke up. Harriet has done very well at nursery today and had only a couple of potty accidents. The 2nd one was a major one through, and ended up with her pants going in the bin and her going in the bath! Oops, I did laugh when she told me about it. Mummy and I were supposed to start going to a music group today, but it was cancelled. I was very disappointed, but I'm looking forward to going next week instead. I'm also very excited as I'm going to stay at Granny Judy's house at the weekend for the first time. Mummy and Daddy are going to see Grandpa perform in a show called 'Kiss Me Kate' on Saturday night, so Granny Judy is babysitting Harriet and me. Good luck Grandpa, fingers crossed the show goes well. Hopefully I can come and see you in a show when I'm a bit bigger.

Sunday 25th October 2009

I'm back! I haven't been away, I just haven't been able to get to a computer, as we have been having a load of furniture fitted in our house. It's all very exciting. We've got cupboards, shelves and bookcases all over the place now. Harriet and I both have lovely new wardrobes in our bedrooms, and in our playroom we have some funky red and lime green cupboards where we can store our toys. It means that things have been pretty hectic in our house over the last week I can tell you. So ,what other news? Well, not last Friday, but the one before that I went into the creche at Abingdon leisure centre for the first time. Mummy took Harriet swimming, with her friend Isobel and her mummy Jayne, whilst Isobel's brother Bobby and I both went to creche. What fun we had, it's so bright and colourful in the there. I did sleep through most of it, but I was very good and didn't cry very much at all. We had such a good time that mummy and Jayne left us there again on Tuesday whilst they took Harriet and Isobel to tennis. Mummy says it's good preparation for when I start going to nursery next year. Then mummy left me again on Friday evening! She and daddy went out to dinner and Pam from next door came to babysit Harriet and me. We were very good and she didn't hear a peep out of us. Mummy and daddy had a lovely time, but I got mummy up early the next day, so she wasn't very impressed. I have been really good with my sleep though - going through until 7am most days, but this morning I was a bit thrown by the clocks going back and woke up at 5.30am. Sorry mummy. I've been having lovely baby massage lessons with mummy which I'm enjoying very much. A lady called Kristel comes round to our house to teach us. We've had 2 lessons so far, and we've got our final lesson tomorrow. I love being massaged, it really makes me relax, but it also makes me poo, when mummy does a special tummy rub on me. Mummy is going to teach daddy to do it too, so I can relax more easily when she's not around. Harriet has had a go at massaging me too, but I prefer it when mummy does it to be honest! I've started having baths with Harriet in the big bath. I lie on my bath seat and Harriet lies next to me and tries to wash me. I have to have my wits about me, so I don't get squashed, but all in all, it's good fun. I had an exciting day on Friday. I went with my cousins to the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Mummy, Harriet and I met up with Auntie Emma, Daniel, Gerogie and Jospeh and had a good look at rhinos, zebras, lions, penguins, camels, and we even saw a leopard. I was in my buggy as usual in my carry cot, so didn't get to see much, but Harriet tells me the animals were really cool. I've had a lovely weekend this weekend with mummy, daddy and Harriet. Yesterday we went for a fab walk up on the Ridegway. I was strapped to mummy as usual and Harriet splashed through lots of puddles in her wellies and waterproofs. I can't wait until I'm old enough to do that. She did get rather muddy as you can see in the photos. Today I went swimming for the first time. I really enjoyed it, as the water was lovely and warm. Mummy wants me to get used to the water for when I start my 'Waterbabies' swimming course, so we will go again soon. Harriet and I also decided to play at dressing up. We dressed up as nurses with red capes on. I think Harriet was the Sister and I was a bit of a trainee, but I think we look rather cool. I'm smiling a lot more now, and I'm even trying a little giggle and I'm still putting on my weight well - last Wednesday I was 10lb 10oz, which is another 7oz in a week, and mummy says I'm starting to look chubby. Certainly I've got a bit of a double chin coming, but I am over 15 weeks old now, so I think that's allowed. I've stopped taking my gaviscon for my reflux- mummy decided I probably didn't need it any more, and she was right. I've been fine without it for the last 3 days, so let's hope I don't have to take it every again. Mummy has started making me some baby food this week. I won't eat it for a good while yet, but mummy says she want's to get it all ready. I've got some pureed pear, broccoli, leek & potato and swede, and there'll be [plenty more where that came from - I can't wait. Mummy says I have to try and wait until the start of December when I'm 5 months old, so I'd better try hard not to get too hungry until then. I've got my 3rd immunisations on Friday- yuck, so let's hope they go a bit better than last time.

Wednesday, 14 October 2009

Wednesday 14th October 2009

I'm a little star so mummy tells me. I've been sleeping through until after 6.30am every day this week, and on Sunday I even slept right up until 7am - mummy says it must be that crafty glass of wine she has before my late night feed that does it, but I think it's just because I'm a very good baby, and I know that mummy is in a much better mood when she's had her sleep. I've been doing a lot of growing in my sleep and have finally reached double figures. I put on a whole 200g or 7oz this week and now weigh 10lb 3oz. Still tracking nicely along that 9th centile line, so mummy and daddy are very pleased with me. Apparently I'm not piling on the weight as fast as my sister did, but I like to take my time - why rush these things? I'm very excited because I am going to start swimming lessons at the end of November. I'm going to special classes called' Water Babies' where I'll learn to swim under water. I'm also going to start a class called Baby Bumpkin which is music, movement and yoga - wow - I'm going to be a busy girl. I'm loving getting to know my new world. I lie on my beanbag or in my chair in the kitchen and take it all in. I love smiling at mummy, daddy and Harriet, and I've even started cooing and making giggling noises to let them know that I'm enjoying myself. On Friday I'm going to be going to creche for the first time, whilst mummy takes Harriet swimming. I'm going with my boyfriend Bobby, so I won't be by myself - his mummy Jayne is taking his sister Isobel swimming as well. I'd better behave myself, as I'm booked in again next Tuesday when Harriet and Isobel go to tennis. Bobby and I screamed our way through tennis this week, so mummy and Jayne decided that they would leave us in creche next week, so we couldn't cause any mischief - whoops.

Thursday, 8 October 2009

Thursday 8th October 2009

I am exactly 3 months old today! I managed to do a sort of smile for the camera today, plus I slept through until after 6.30am, so all in all mummy has been pleased with me today. Apart from the fact that she had to abandon the supermarket trolley half full to take me home because I was screaming so much - when a girl's gotta eat, a girl's gotta eat! But no harm done, Mummy and I returned to the supermarket an hour later after I'd had my milk, and I slept through the whole thing. We're off to pick up my sister from nursery in a bit. It's Harriet's keyworker Mel's last day today, so we're taking her a little present to say thank you. Mel helped mummy and daddy look after Harriet when mummy was in hospital having me, and after I came home too, so we will miss her a lot. Good luck in your new job Mel.

Wednesday 7th October 2009

Well, I didn't get he chance to terrorise daddy on Saturday night, as mummy ended up staying at home with me rather than going out. The reason being was that I was very poorly after my immunisations on Friday. I felt terrible and I woke up on Saturday (not that I'd slept that much during the night!) with a temperature of over 40 degrees. Mummy was very worried about me and stripped me down to my nappy andput a cold flannel on me to cool me down. I did feel rotten, but by the evening I was starting to feel better - sorry mummy I spoilt your first night out since my birth. Harriet and I had a great time riding on Thomas the Tank Engine on Friday with our pals Isobel and Bobby - it was great fun. It was lovely to see daddy again on Saturday afternoon, and we went for a lovely walk to Ardington together. Harriet took Jemima Puddleduck with her. Jemima actually belongs to me, but I have lent her to Harriet until I'm a bit bigger - I wonder if I'll ever get her back.......Harriet enjoyed kicking up the autumn leaves, and saying hello to the racehorses. I went to visit Auntie Emma and my cousins Georgie, Joseph and Daniel on Monday, and then I saw Granny and Grandpa Meikle yesterday. They were very impressed with how much I'd come on in 3 weeks and particularly liked my attempts at smiling at them. I'm sleeping through virtually every night now. I even made it to 6.30am on Monday night, although this morning I woke up starving at 4.30am - sorry mummy! This means that my weight gain has slowed right down, although I'm still putting on weight at a nice steady pace and tracking along the 9th centile on the chart. I'm now 9lb 12oz, so I'm hoping I'll hit 10lb by next week. Mummy and I walked to the doctor's surgery to weigh me today - It was raining hard, and I was strapped to mummy in my sling with Harriets rain mac wrapped round me to keep me dry - mummy and I did look funny- but it was nice to get out in the fresh air, I know that it will help me to grow big and strong! By the way, I visited mummy's work on Monday and everyone there thought I was just gorgeous -I had lots of lovely cuddles with everyone there - so a big hello to them all.

Wednesday, 30 September 2009

Wednesday 30th September 2009

I think I'm getting some teeth. I've been feeling very off colour today and have been whinging at mummy to let her know! My gums are very sharp. Like little needles mummy says, and she doesn't seem very impressed with me when I'm feeding as you can imagine! so I've had my first taste of bonjela tonight. I've had a good week though, spending a lot of time with the family. Daddy, mummy, Harriet and I went to Paultons Park on Friday to celebrate daddy's birthday. Harriet went on lots of rides and enjoyed herself. I wasn't allowed to go on any rides, but I enjoyed myself nonetheless. On Saturday I saw Granny Judy, Auntie Shellie and Cousin Isabelle. They all came down to see me for the day. We had a great time together and I had lots of lovely cuddles from everyone. On Sunday we went for a lovely picnic and walk to Christ Church Meadows in Oxford. I dozed in my buggy, and Harriet enjoyed picking up twigs and conkers and riding on daddy's shoulders. On Monday it was daddy's birthday to I went out for lunch with mummy and daddy to celebrate. I was quite good until the main course arrived and then I decided I didn't want to be in my buggy anymore.....so there was no dessert and coffee! I've been very good with my sleeping most nights. The latest I've managed is 6.08am, but mostly I wake up at about 5.45am having gone to bed at 8pm with a quick final feed at 10.30pm, which isn't bad considering I'm still only 9lb 7oz. I haven't put on quite as much weight this week, as I am not having my night feeds anymore, but I am still tracking between the 9th and 25th centile on the growth chart, which is pretty good considering I was below the 0.4th centile when I was born. This weekend mummy and daddy are both socialising. Daddy is going to a wedding reception on Friday night, and then mummy is going down to London on Saturday evening - I'd better behave myself, especially on Saturday it means I have to face the dreaded bottle if mummy's not there - oh dear. I suspect daddy won't be in for an easy time of it!

Wednesday, 23 September 2009

Wednesday 23rd September 2009

What a busy time I've had since I last updated my blog. I've been so busy that I've just had to sleep more at night to restore my energy. Over the last week I've almost slept through the night 5 out of 7 nights! Can you believe it? I've been lasting for between 6 to 7 hours, so that means I can last from about 11pm to about 6am without waking up for more milk. Mummy is very pleased indeed, although she was a bit peturbed the first time I did it, and kept coming in to check on me. Over the weekend I woke up at 3.30am again though, which mummy said was a real shock to the system after 3 nights of 6am, so for the last 2 nights I've made it through to about 5.45am, so not too bad. Ideally I've got to make it through to 6.45am so I'm told, so I'll keep trying. I think that reaching the magical 9lb mark has done the trick. Mummy took me to get weighed today and I'm 9lb 3oz. That means I've put on another 9oz this week, and that's including dropping my night feed most nights. I'm becoming a right chubby chops, and I'll be moving up a wardrobe size over the next couple of days to 0-3 month clothes. I also think that stopping bottle feeding has helped. I'm not very good at bottle feeding, and I was having a bottle at my 10.30pm feed, but I wasn't taking enough milk and it was making my reflux worse, so I'm back to breastfeeding now for that feed, and it's working a lot better. Well, what have I been up to over the past few days? Harriet and I went to paint ceramics on Friday at The Funky Teapot, which is a shop in Wantage. Harriet was making birthday presents, and I was trying to help by sleeping soundly in my buggy! On Saturday we went to the Didcot Railway Centre to have a picnic and to see the trains, which was great fun - we're going again next Friday to see Thomas the Tank Engine. On Sunday Harriet went swimming with daddy in her brand new swimming costume, and then we all went for a lovely walk up on White Horse Hill. Yesterday I went with Harriet to Tumble Tots and to Toddler Tennis - I can't wait until I'm big enough to do all these fun things. I'm still trying to smile. I'm making lots of happy faces and smiling with my eyes, but I'm not really using my mouth much for smiling yet - I'm 11 weeks old today, so I'd better get a move on. I nearly smiled at my next door neighbour Pam today. I went round to visit her and her husband Keith and had a lovely cuddle with her.
