I am starting to have some milk from mummy fed to me through my tube, as well as the donated breast milk, and it's helping- I put on 36g yesterday, so I'm now back up to 1,670g. My IV drip has been taken out overnight and I am now on 100% milk feeds through my feeding tube. I met Granny Judy, Auntie Shellie and Uncle Chris today for the first time, and they think I am very cute and lovely. Even though my IV drip was removed I still had my cannula in my hand, but mummy knocked it out by mistake tonight when she was trying to remove my babygro. She didn't know it was there, so she didn't do it on purpose, but I cried a lot, so I made her feel very guilty! I am looking quite orange today, but apparently my bilirubin levels are still below the normal limits, so I won't have to go under the jaundice lamps at the moment.
