I've tried more sucking through the night, and today with mummy and daddy. I seem to be getting a bit better, but I can't help dozing off when I've just got going! Mummy felt I had a bit more of a proper suck with her today, but I've still got to try harder. I'm officially 38 weeks gestation today, so just 2 weeks off my due date of 2nd August, so the nurses are all saying that I should be sucking by now, but it's just being so little, I find it a struggle. Oh well, I shall practise more with the nurses tonight, and then again with mummy and daddy tomorrow. Nurse Caroline said that I could move to 4 hourly feeds tomorrow, so that should help me start feeling even more hungry, which should help my sucking. I've been behaving on my apnoea mat by the way, so hopefully I won't have to be on it very long.

Snoozy lady - Mummy says that's when we're at our best... I don't know what she's on about; surely it's when we're here there and everywhere getting all of our toys out and creating a right noise... Hmmm, perhaps not then! O & E xxx
